1) Thick blade of up to 1.8 mm, bevelled edge over the whole width.

2) Molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14). Rockwell hardness of 57.

3) Extra strong tang.

4) Hand finished, satin-finish blade.

5) Hornbeam wood, dried for one year, dyed and varnished.

6) Brass rivets.
